The fastest way is from inside the app, which puts the key details, your purchase ID included, into the mail for you:

I bought "Remove ads" and still see ads.

Tap "Restore purchases". In Words of Islam the button is in the shop and in the settings. After that, the banner and the ads between levels are gone. Videos for coins stay available; they only ever start when you tap them.

Coins I bought did not arrive.

Close the app and open it again. At start it fetches purchases from the store that got stuck during payment. If that does not help, write to me from inside the app, so your purchase ID is in the mail.

I deleted the app. Will my progress come back?

No. Progress, coins, hints and word reveals live only on your device; there is no account and no cloud. After reinstalling you can get "Remove ads" back at any time with "Restore purchases".

I want my money back.

Refunds are decided by the store, not by me. For Apple, go to reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google Play, use the order history of your Google account.

How do I change my answer about ads?

In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland you can reopen Google's consent dialog: in Words of Islam under Settings → "Privacy settings", in Deen Words under Settings → "Privacy settings".
