Privacy on this website

Last updated: 28 September 2026

This notice covers the website you are on. The apps have policies of their own: Deen Words and Words of Islam.

The short version: the site sets no cookies, counts no visitors and loads nothing from other providers, no fonts, no videos, no maps. Loading it only creates the technically necessary logs at the host.

Who is responsible?

NOMAD AGENCY FOR MARKETING & CONSULTING LLC

2880 W Oakland Park Blvd, Ste 225C

Oakland Park, FL 33311, USA

represented by Mustafa Ali (Authorized Member)

Email: support@na4mc.de

Representative in the Union: [OPEN: the company is based in the USA and has no establishment in the EU. Article 27 GDPR therefore requires a representative in the Union, whose name and address belong here under Article 13(1)(a) GDPR. To be clarified with a lawyer and filled in before publication.]

See also the legal notice.

What happens when you load the site?

Loading the page produces technically necessary server logs at the host: IP address, time of the request and the file requested. Without them a website cannot be delivered.

The site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. There is no visitor counting, no analytics and no advertising. Fonts and images come from this site itself, not from other servers.

If you tap a link to the App Store or Google Play, you leave this site, and Apple's or Google's privacy terms apply there. If you tap the email address, your own mail app opens; what happens to your email is described in the policy of the app concerned.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, the controller's legitimate interest in running the site securely and reliably.

Recipient: Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA, as the host. There is no European Vercel entity. See vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy

Retention: Vercel states a fixed period only for the logs available in its own dashboard, between one hour and three days depending on the plan. That is how long they can be queried, not a promise that Vercel deletes them afterwards: no deletion period is given in Vercel's documentation, its privacy notice or its data processing addendum. I do not retrieve or analyse these logs.

Does data go to the USA?

Yes. Vercel is a US company, and the controller itself is based in Florida.

The European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision for the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. It only covers companies that have certified under it. As of 9 September 2026, Vercel Inc. appears on the official list with an active certification. You can check the current status yourself at dataprivacyframework.gov/list.

No sugar coating: a residual risk remains. Under certain conditions US authorities can access data processed there, and the legal remedies against that do not match the European level in every respect.

What rights do you have?

You can ask for access to the data processed about you (Article 15 GDPR), correction of wrong data (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18) and a copy in a common format (Article 20). You can object to processing based on legitimate interests (Article 21).

Honestly, what this means in practice: the logs sit with Vercel. I do not retrieve them and could not recognise you in them. For these, go to Vercel directly; if you need help with that, write to me.

You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR): the authority where you live, where you work, or where the alleged infringement took place.
